Not only were we managing the purchase from another state, but this home was a foreclosure owned by the VA, which complicated the process and made it time sensitive. Tricia went above and beyond every step of the way to keep everything on track. She was highly responsive and even brought her personal Internet hotspot to the house so we could test out the speed with that provider during the home inspection.
